Very friendly and helpful
Posted May 31, 2024 on HotelsThe staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room itself was quite modern with a nice bathroom. The breakfast had many options. The hotel is only a few blocks from the beach so it is easy to go back and forth if you forget something.

Family owned and ery personal service. Paula was my favourite person in Italy. She is the front desk and the sister of the owner.

Posted Aug. 6, 2019 on HotelsVery pleasant family run hotel. Nice that they offer a dinner meal. Well prepared, a few choices on each night' s menu. A good Meal in hotel is a great treat when on a busy business trip. Pleasant family/staff.

Friendly hotel in an upscale seaside resort
Posted May 8, 2019 on HotelsThe Vittoria Hotel is well located in the quiet town centre (Viareggio), a few minutes from the seafront walk, with lots of restaurants & boutiques. The comfortable room, breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, egg & bacon were good value. The staff were very helpful.

Very conveniently located (10 minutes walk from train station and right around the corner of the Carnival!), clean room and very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast too. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Posted Feb. 20, 2018 on HotelsWe loved this hotel. It was an easy walk from the train station. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in Viareggio. I liked the family feel to it. It was clean and well located. Just a few blocks from the Carnival celebration and the front desk sold tickets. The breakfast the next morning had a lot of variety and was great!

Posted Feb. 6, 2018 on HotelsThe woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful (I think she is one of the owners, along with her husband). The breakfast was good too, and the woman (mentioned a moment ago) baked/cooked all the pies/cakes that were served with breakfast As for the room, it was average and plain...but it served my needs. The hotel is very close to the main street near the beach which worked well for me because I wanted to be close to the Carnevale parade. It only took me about 7-8 minutes to walk to that area from the hotel. It's also about a 15 minute walk to the main train station.
