Publié le 26 févr. 2017 sur HotelsVue sur un mur. Sol vieux, peinture moche. Deco a revoir. Chambre trop bruyante, pb de canalisation d'eau nous ayant empeche de dormir toute la nuit. Pb signale en pleine nuit a l'accueil sans prise en compte. Dedommagement demande et refusé. Ça n'a rien d'un 4 etoiles. A eviter.

Good evening Dear Guest, we are very sorry that your stay in our hotel was not appreciate. We apologize for the noise caused by water system. the day after we immediately checked with our plumber.
We are very sorry to read that we didn't do anything for you. The receptionist after your calling left the reception for your room, but found your door closed. It was night, so he didn't knocked at the door, because he thought you were sleeping, he didn't want further disturb.
The hotel is one of the most important and historical hotels of the city centre, it's famous for hosting great artists who were performing at the Teatro Olimpico during the end of the 20th century. The artists have been fascinated by the main and beautiful staircase which connect the entrance and the upper floors, typical of the old palaces, and by the terrace with a breathtaking view of the city’s roofs.
The colours cardinal red, ultramarine blue and old rose characterize furniture and details and remind a refined and captivating atmosphere of ancient times. Furniture are original of the beginning of XX Century and Palladian floor is one of the most expensive and precious.
We are very sorry that you didn't appreciate an important feature of our hotel, clear on website and in every photo published on line. We thank you for your rewiew and we wish you a nice evening. Staff

hotel difficile d'accès en voiture,problème car absence de parking, donc il faut aller garer son véhicule en dehors de vielle villu

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast is very good and the room AC is great! Showers are small.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast options with enough for vegetarians.
