Great stay as per usual - my go to hotel for Vichy. Light breakfast included, only disappointment was they have stopped the boiled eggs.

Good location in the centre of the town - near all the sights. The hotel room was well presented and clean - only drawback was the complicated system for turning the lights and power sockets - it could have been made easier. Had to leave the windows open overnight, as the Air Conditioning was centrally controlled, meaning that we were not able to make any adjustments to the temperature.

Dame de l'accueil adorable et efficace
La dame de l'accueil et les dames du pztit dejeuner sont adorables et bienveillantes. Hotel magnifique. Seul bémol nos voisins de chambre qui ont eubune altercation. La police est venue. Seule avec mon fils j'ai eu un peu peur. Mais ce n'est pas la faute de l hotel.

Hotel tres bien situe, au centre. La rue est relativement bruyante mais on est en ville. Petit bemol pratique dans salle de bain. On ne sait pas ou mettre le papier wc à moins de se contortionner.
