No bar as advertised....tv didn't work ...was switched to a double queen room dried lipstick on one of the bed comfoters

I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced during your recent stay. We are hopefully getting the bar open soon but the cleanliness issues are unacceptable and staff will have the appropriate re-training for that.

From the time we checked in every Staff Member was courteous, helpful, had a smile and was happy and upbeat. They made us feel welcome. The Breakfast was the bimb. The food was fresh and was kept filled when it got low. The 2 ladies were very attentive to the patrons needs. We will definitely stay here again and make this our regular stopping place when we are in this area. The one thing we disliked was the musty smell in the room. After spraying with Lysol to disinfect the room when we arrived, it began to be noticable the next morning about 4 am. Changing the air filters would be a big help to help eliminate the odor. But we still will return. Keep it up.

We really appreciate the kind words about your recent visit with us. Our staff strives to make each stay a hospitable one. I will be sure to pass this along to our breakfast staff and we will certainly look into the musty odor to avid this from reoccurring.
