They staff cut off breakfast early and yelled at me when I tried to get something to eat. It was bad food anyway. The manager yelled at me. Bad customer service practices.

Dirty bathroom with water on the floor as we checked in. Bugs squashed on the wall. Smudges and dirty marks all over the walls and curtains. Room smelt musty and aircon was smelly.

Bad Idea
It's an older property and showing its age. The bath tub had long black hair in it. My hair is white, my husband is bald. There was no stopper in the sink. The room was a nice size, but i didn't feel comfortable with the carpet or the duvet cover. I deliberately booked a budget motel. Imagine my surprise at check-in to see a notice and be "temporarily" charged an additional $50 for a security deposit. The motel has a vacant strip center across the street from it, nothing else was within walking distance. The front desk clerk did not appear to be happy to be there. The lady taking care of the complimentary breakfast took obvious pride in her job, working hard to make it filling and pleasing for guests. It's time to take the property off the Hotels.com website IF YOU A PAYING CASH, THERE IS A $150 DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN.

The hotel staff were mainly a bit grumpy and we had to switch rooms as there was a horrendous wet smell in one of the first rooms we had. Breakfast was great.

Staff were very rude. The attendant was asleep when we got there to check in and had an attitude about waking up to check me in. The only thing they give you for toiletries is a single soap bar. The towels are literally hand towels for your whole body. The staff member restocking the breakfast bar is extremely rude.
