Nicalaas, I am not sure to which experience is this review referring to. It is not my fault if there was a technological issue with the syncronization of calendars. This is IT a platform bug not caused by me. I am also sorry for the double booking but as said this is not something that I can be blaimed for as manager. I tried to find solutions but unfortunately I cannot guarantee other accomodations of my own. I understand the frustration which was also for me. I am not happy when these situations happen. Thank God it is happens really rarely.
