Recently Renovated South Seas 3 is located on the cliff tops overlooking Knights Beach, only a 1 minute walk to the sand and surf below.

South Seas 3, is a spacious, luxury townhouse located in a spectacular position on the Beachfront at Port Elliot.

At South Seas 3, you can enjoy the uninterrupted cliff top ocean views overlooking Knights Beach to Granite Island. On the beach within only a minute of the front door, with beach walkway access directly opposite your townhouse.

South Seas 3 encaptures marvelous sea views from all areas of the townhouse, including unsurpassed views from the downstairs Lounge, upstairs master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. The two balconies overlook the renown Knights Beach break and captures views all the way down the coast to Victor Harbor and beyond.

Retire at night to the sound of waves crashing onto the rugged shores below and the sight of the Harbor lights twinkling across the Bay.

South Seas 3 is a newly renovated luxurious and modern townhouse which includes remarkable picture windows to enhance the already amazing views, kitchen including Dishwasher and an outdoor entertainers courtyard with BBQ.

Only a short stroll away from South Seas 3 is the famous Horseshoe Bay and Flying Fish Cafe or venture into the heart of the seaside town of Port Elliot where there are an assortment of shops, weekend markets, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and day spas - on weekends catch the steam driven Cockle train to Victor Harbor or Goolwa.

The comforts continue inside with a 32 inch LCD TV, wifi, r/c Air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, luxurious furniture.

South Seas 3 supplies all linen to the three bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, one with a double bunk consisting of one double and one single and the other with a single bunk consisting of two beds. The townhouse has 2 separate toilets, valuable separate laundry facilities with Front Loading Washer/Dryer and undercover parking.

All of this together with the calming ocean will just make your break the tranquil, relaxing get away you are looking for.

Bookings for any party group will be cancelled as this property is not suitable for these groups. The booking will only be accepted on the basis that guests agree to respect our neighbors and abide by our House Rules and the SA Code of Conduct. We had a very comfortable stay. Beds are good, kitchen well equipped, couch relaxing. Only needs a few minor repairs. Balcony doors jam, fly screens have holes, windows with screens dirty. Sea view amazing.

The views and location make this property! Loved sitting and watching the world go by. Bring some windex though, the sea spray each day clouds the windows. Lovely welcome gift package, my husband loved the coffee! I wasn’t overly impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I am very fussy in this department though. Lift up the couch cushions and there were a few surprises. In saying this, would stay again, reasonably priced.

Not a better view on the south coast; watched whales and surfers from bed. Gorgeous sunsets and crashing waves made for great sleeps. Small unit tastefully renovated in relaxing hues with complimetary original art (that you can buy). Very clean. A lamp in the lounge room and a caddy in the shower and it would be just about perfect. Easy walk to the the main street. Parking was tight even as the only car there, I imagine that it would be very difficult for large cars and 4WDs in peak summer when all five small spaces are occupied. There's strong competition for the public parking spaces out the front - surfers, whale watchers, tourists etc - most people just stop and stare when they come across the view! Good value, recommended

Fantastic location with stunning ocean views. Clifftop walk at your doorstep and a short stroll to the main streets of Port Elliot. A great winter stay. Watching the waves crash in during the day then listening to them crashing on the rocks at night was amazing.

Visited for a four day stay at the start of school holidays, for some much needed down time for parents and eight year old. Property was a perfect location, overlooking Knights Beach, and three blocks walk from The Strand. Clean, neat, well organised and comfortable, the hosts had thought of everything. Great people watching as you overlook the path around the headlands and are at a perfect viewing spot for the top of knight's/boomer beach. Lovely to step out our front door and watch the brave boogie boarders below. We'd love to visit again.

Perfect place to relax!
We booked two nights at south seas and lived it so much we extended for three! It was the perfect location to relax and unwind overlooking the surf at Kinight’s beach. The townhouse was cosy, clean and comfortable and the perfect place to switch off. Close enough to Port Elliott to walk to everything we needed and the views are amazing. We’ll definitely be returning when we need a relaxing break!

Great position and views of the beach
This property is located in one of the best spots in Port Elliot, with amazing views and access to lovely walks and good coffee. The apartment has been well renovated, but for this price point it needs a little bit more attention to detail. Providing a few coffee pods for the whole weekend, especially Easter when everything is shut, is maybe a little tricky. Other breakfast goods provided were well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Overall a great place to stay.

Outstanding view which is rare to beat, so even if the weather is too cool to swim, you can still enjoy the beach and the lovely little township of Port Elliot. Coming back!

Awesome property and facilities
We had a wonderful week at the fabulous beach side property in Port Elliott. The house has the most wonderful views and tow great rooms with their own balcony. the third rom has bunk beds and was a little cozy but the lovely appointed lounge area and great outdoor space made up for this. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. we will definately book here again!

The location was excellent, close to walks, beaches and shops. Just a couple of issues: the towel rail in the bathroom was faulty and unusable, the security gate lock from the lounge only worked after some manipulation, ice in the freezer had built up and prevented the use of one tray. However, overall the unit was in good condition and very comfortable.

We stayed at South Seas 3 Port Elliot for 3 nights and we loved it. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we couldn’t get out much, but the beautiful views from the property and the comfortable setup meant that we enjoyed staying in and relaxing. Melissa was very responsive and helpful with our enquiries, both before and during our stay. We would certainly be back to this property next time we want to stay in the area.

A wonderful winter stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night winter stay in South Seas 3. The unit was very clean, the cheery electric log fire was cosy in the cold weather, and there was everything we needed, plus a few extra treats! The view is superb and is one of our favourites. Being able to walk to the main street of Port Elliot is convenient, or you can enjoy the longer walk along the coastal path to Horseshoe Bay, enjoying wonderful views of the granite rocks and ocean. A very relaxing stay!
