Guest House on the LAZYR6 Ranch

This Guest House is right next to North Fork of Bear Creek on the 70 acre Ranch that has views to the west of Bear Creek Canyon, horses grazing in the pasture, & hay pastures. There are chickens for their fresh eggs, friendly dogs, & kitties. White tail deer wander around the place. Birds everywhere. Occasionally coyotes are heard singing at night, & red tail fox are seen. Elk and Moose are here during the winter.
This building was the original chicken coop, enlarged to now a 600 square foot little home. Cedar shake siding with natural rock wainscot. Living amenities are Bedroom with a Queen bed, Bathroom w/ stackable LG washer & dryer, Kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, Living Room & WiFi. There is a private back patio to enjoy the late afternoon shade. Custom tile, cabinets, & furnishings bring on comments of “WOW’ when guests open the door. Owners on site to help with possible needs. Very private but minutes to Highway 93 & the Bitterroot River.
Victor is 32 Miles from Missoula. Bring your bike as there is a paved bike path that runs from Hamilton to Missoula a three minute ride from the guest house.

LAZYR6 RANCH

The cabin was clean and comfortable. A stream that runs feet from your door. Plenty of room for our dog to run around. View of the horse pastures, chicken coop, ranch, and Bitterroot mountains. Very serene and relaxing. The host was pleasant and engaging. 10/10.

Great, Quiet Retreat

This property was quiet, clean, and cozy. We had some connectivity issues with the internet, but otherwise enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely choose this guest cabin again for a night away from busy life.

Thanksgiving in Montana

We another wonderful stay at LAZYR6 Ranch! Easy check-in, great communication, and a cozy little cabin for our week visiting family in Montana. It was cold outside, but the guest house was nice and warm and the heated floors in the bathroom are a plus! We’ll definitely be back!

Totally Amazing!

Kevin was easy to communicate with and the house was such a wonderful place to go and relax. It was our little oasis at the end of a long week and the middle of a busy weekend. We stay at multiple VRBO's per year and have for years. This one is the best combination of price, cleanliness, accessibility, communication and all the good stuff of all of the VRBO's that we have visited over the years! I kinda don't want to publish this because everyone might want to come here and it may not be available for our next trip! HAHA! Seriously, this one is the best! Thanks Kevin and family!

Awesome place!!

This place is amazing! I can't say enough about it. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights, and I wish we could have stayed much longer. The grounds are fantastic (with the horses and the chickens, two friendly dogs, and the cutest little cat named Tia)., the house is fabulous, with everything you could want, and more. Heated floors in the bathroom, unending hot water from their tankless water heater, a brook running outside the bedroom window, deer walking the path outside the house. We had a grill night with my family over (mom, dad, brother and his wife) and it was so fun. The back patio was perfect for us, then we retired inside and watched shows on their big screen ROKU tv. We ran out of propane at one point while making our steaks, and Kevin had us a new tank in minutes to get us back up and grilling again. The horses are nice and tame and love to be pet, and there is a beautiful garden that Annette cares for every day. Whenever we are in the area we will definitely make this our go to staying area. I seriously just can't give higher ratings or praises. I wish I could give it TEN stars! Thanks Kevin and Meg!

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean, well organized and everything was very high quality. From the floor tile to the appliances to the towels. I found every kitchen gadget that I could possibly need as well. If you want to make meals from scratch, grill outside or make breakfast smoothies, they got you covered. I loved the extra blankets for cuddling on the couch and comfy patio furniture with umbrella as well. There was a stove for heat as well as a space heater for the bedroom. The bathroom had heated floors as well. We found it convenient located too.

Amazing oasis
