Etablissement tres vieillissant, instalation vetuste, mobilier et equipements peu entretenus et beaucoup de moustiques, il n'y a pas de traitements quotidiens dans les chambres et nous nous somme fait litteralement attaquer durant tout le sejour

Dear PascaleThanks for your stay with us and the feedback you have given us on the status of the Lokuthula Lodge that you stayed in during your recent visit.According to our records you stayed in Lok Lodge 9 In 1 Out 3 November 2023. We take your feedback for improvement and we will address the issues you have raised. We have been having a mosquito infestation this year and we are fogging three times a week and spraying daily to mitigate this mozi nuisance. Our housekeepers ensure that there is also mozi spray in the rooms , over and above the use of mozi nets. We hope this mozi menace will be he;ped with the onset of rains. Our Lokuthula Lodges Managers will also look into the issue of inhouse facilities like the kitchen equipment and the furniture to make sure they meet our guests' comfort standards.We look forward to fixing all the issues you raised and also to hosting you or your friends in future.

Publié le 4 juin 2019 sur HotelsJoli lodge au milieu d'un parc très agréable. Dommage que nous ne sommes pas resté longtemps pour en profiter pleinement. Seul petit bémol : l'intérieur très sombre (dû à la conception du logement, pour la chaleur ??). Navette gratuite toutes les heures au safari lodges.

Lodge Nature & Piña colada
Publié le 6 nov. 2018 sur HotelsLodge avec beaucoup de charme, idéal pour s'éloigner un peu du bruit de la ville, le lodge se situe au milieu d'une reserve, vous aurais donc la visite de biche, facochere, babouin et plein d'autre animaux
Une piscine non loin avec un bar et restaurant a thème. L'hôtel principal propose de nombreuses activités, dédicace spécial pour le Virginie piña colada de l'hôtel principal. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour, cependant nous avons eu la visite d'écureuil durant la nuit mais cela fait partie du charme de la nature.

sejour mitigé aux chutes Victoria

ces lodges sont adossés au safari lodge ou le petit dejeuner est servi avec vue sur un point d eau ou les animaux viennent boire. une navette est disponible pour vous conduire aux chutes toutes les heures. Le safari lodge et la navette compensent le prix tres elevé des bungalos

This is an amazing resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom lodge. You had warthogs, deer, mongoose and monkeys roaming around the grounds and there is a waterhole nearby. There was feeding the vultures which was interesting. The pools and restaurants were lovely. The highlight was the Boma dinner and drums which is a must if you stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful

This place is amazing! If you booked no tours and just stayed here, you would still feel like you’ve been on safari in Africa. We had breakfast with monkeys every morning. Baboons, warthogs and mongoose wander freely around the lodges and you can see all sorts of animals wander to the waterhole, including elephants, while having your meals at the Baffalo Bar.
The staff make you feel at home and cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable. Room service comes to clean and make your beds every day and everyone is welcoming. Meals are available from 3 on-site restaurants. There is a day spa and swimming pools. Don’t forget to see the free daily Vulture Culture feeding experience and to go to the Boma drumming dinner experience at least once during your stay.
We stayed for 8 nights and we would have loved to stay longer. It is a very special place. Don’t forget to look up ‘Pack For a Purpose’ before you leave as Lokuthula Lodges supports 2 local programs: Local Schools and Antipoaching. We found this just before we left and it’s a really nice way to give back to this beautiful part of the world.

We would’ve ranked this property a little higher if the pictures were a little more accurate. This is actually two properties a very nice lodge and then the other side, which is like Airbnb hut. They were not bad, but going in we were under the impression of the pictures from the lodge. So they need to probably separate the pictures into two different properties.

The entire property was beautiful and well-maintained.
The staff members were extremely gracious and went above and beyond in helping us coordinate our travel plans. We wish we could have spent more time at Lokuthula to fully enjoy the experience.
