The staff was very responsive from the moment I booked, to the excursions and information to the time we left. We met the owners during our stay and they were very interested in how our stay was (seeking true feedback).

Es ist selten, daß man eine so perfekte Bewertung vergeben kann aber die Pamarah Lodge hat es in aller Hinsicht verdient.
Die Lodge liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Victoria Falls, es kostet 5USD, um mit dem Taxi in den Ort zu kommen. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig und da man zu allen Aktivitäten sowieso mit einem Transfer rechnen muß, ist die Lage eher ein Vorteil.
Unser Zimmer war neuwertig und praktisch eingerichtet, wir hatten eine private Veranda zur Verfügung.
Frühstück gibt es auf einer schönen Terrasse, wahlweise kontinental oder warm, sehr gute Qualität.
Das Team ist perfekt, wir haben hier gern alle Aktivitäten direkt gebucht, preislich absolut in Ordnung.
Alle Bereiche und auch das Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, man merkt, daß da Wert drauf gelegt wird.
Eine super Leistung vom gesamten Team und vielen Dank an Mornette und Phil für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Pamarah lodge exceeded our expectations from the moment of booking. We were contacted immediately from the staff regarding booking of excursions. Communication was impeccable. They treated us like royalty and meet all of our needs and more. I chose the excursions we wanted and they made all of the arrangements, bookings and transportation. We could not have been more pleased. The property was beautiful and felt like the Garden of Eden. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location, but yet still close enough to everything we wanted to do. The resort is family owned and operated and we really felt like part of the family.
