Nice daylight basement space

It is an older daylight basement space that has been updated recently - everything except carpet looked new or nearly new. I had no communication with property manager but they were home so I am sure they would have been responsive if anything was needed.

Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is quiet and home like. It is clean and well kept. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is small but has everything you need including nice warm water and good pressure for the shower.
Bedroom is large. Bed is comfortable.
Lots of places to keep your clothes and belongings. I was staying here to attend an event at the university of Victoria. 5 minute drive to the university. Easy 20 minute walk to a local ocean beach.
The location is a family neighborhood with many schools.
Hosts were friendly but I felt like my privacy was respected. Response was kind and helpful when I needed to reach out for anything.
I would recommend this as a place to stay.
