Disappointed

Our stay was very upsetting, we had to change rooms because our sofa bed and the mattress on it was so dirty. They did offer us a small discount and new room the next day or a refund all together. We opted for new room since it was past midnight. The next room we got was a little better. The pillows are not comfy at all. The staff was friendly, but wouldn’t recommend.

Decent hotel but elevators were not operating. Room was clean but the rug needs to be cleaned. It felt dirty so I had to put my shoes on when walking around. Hopefully they shampoo their rugs regularly but it sure didn’t feel like it. Ick.
