This is a 2 story house, 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms upstairs, and an attached 1 bedroom suite with bathroom + kitchenette downstairs that is included in this listing.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
-We are on a septic system so please be gentle and flush toilet paper only.

**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**

PLEASE NOTE: Below the concrete garage, which is seperate from the main house (no door connects the garage to the house, garage is locked), there is a full time tenant/property caretaker in a below ground basement suite. Living spaces and access to the suite is completely separate.
