Thank you for choosing Oak Bay Gem. I am disappointed at your rating and wish you could have shared any concerns while you were here so we could have addressed them, perhaps it wasn’t what you hoped? I know your sister having to leave the property to smoke was an inconvenience but we even loosened that house rule for you. I trust you and your sister enjoyed your stay regardless.

Wonderful holiday experience
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the house and patio and so did our guests. Excellent location and well equipped kitchen. We could walk to Pure Vanilla and local restaurants. For seniors without a car, Oak Bay is a great location. Our hosts were respectful, kind and quick to reply to queries. Highly recommended!

Convenient and comfortable
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for a week and found this lovely basement suite very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches and a very well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for us as my father is in a senior’s residence close by. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the backyard but it was lovely. The only drawback was that the keypad didn’t work when my husband arrived late at night but the owners came to his rescue (at 4:30 am!). Very helpful!

This was a cozy home away from home while spending time with a family member at Royal Jubilee. Walking distance to beaches & amenities and the hospital. Highly recommend!!
