Staff and service was phenomenal, but property is not in good shape in terms of overall maintenance. It's in need of an interior renno and update to the rooms.

Posted Oct. 3, 2024 on HotelsI travel a lot for business and since Covid I’ve experienced nothing but higher prices for hotels and much less service. This was absolutely not the case for The Westin at Bear Mountain. From the Bellman to the front desk staff and all the restaurant staff my stay was incredible!!! I arrived several hours early and they were so accommodating to get me right up to my room which was upgraded to a beautiful suite! It was clean and well stocked. I ate all my meals in their restaurant which was delicious and all of the staff were phenomenal! I will most definitely be back as this is how a hotel should be run as customer service was clearly a priority here and the nightly pricing was definitely fair and not overpriced!
