Decent value for the price. But keep everything locked up. What is not locked up will get stolen. Had everything locked up in suitcase except for handkerchief that I had handwashed and was drying, going to travel with it. Cleaner took it, saw him with it. Even the small items are taken. No respect.

There was not a difference in the room types but charging more money and stating that there is. Also, the front staff is very rude, disrespectful, and disappointing, this hotel should be removed from Expedia hotel choices. I really feel I deserve a refund from this experience.

Was close to my destination.
Didn’t like that there was not shuttle service to and from the airport. I paid for transportation from the airport out of pocket.

Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel, was vielleicht ein wenig aufgefrischt werden müsste. Das Personal und der Manager sind sehr zuvorkommend.

The Staff were very friendly and Well Professional. I also loved the church service every Sunday morning I was there. I will return to Nigeria soon and recommend this hotel to the fullest.

Home away from home
Publié le 26 mars 2020 sur HotelsThis started being a trip to spend time with my husband, but then we had to extend our stay because of the Coronavirus. I’m very thankful we chose to be at Citilodge! The staff is great, the managers are so very helpful! It makes it a much easier thing to deal with. This is my home away from home.
