Room was better then expected, staff friendly . Some mosquitos but liveable

I like that the staff was very very friendly and greeted me and my party every time whether coming or leaving. Property was clean and safe.

When I booked this room I was under the impression that there would be a complimentary breakfast and water. My first morning they brought me a breakfast but then came back to charge me because they had delivered it to the wrong room.
No complimentary water.
I went down to the lounge and they tried to double charge me for the 4 cocktails I had.
Then there was a plate that broke as I set it on the table. No idea why . But now they’re saying I have to pay for it????????
Cookware leaves a lot to be desired.
People were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend staying here as they try to get every penny they can from you.
And I almost forgot as I was sitting in the lounge , I had a rat run over my foot, straight into the kitchen. Wouldn’t advise eating here.

Goodday,Our Apartments are shortlets apartments not rooms and do not come with water.Breakfast is available based on the rate paid.and was further explained to you at check in.We apologise for your discomfort with your cocktails, a situation that the bar manager gave you a concession and waived the extra charges as you where not informed prior that the four extra tots you requested to make your cocktail stronger where not free.You sat down in an outdoor bar and whilst you never complained to any memebe rof satff that you felt anything crawl on you, i,lll like to state here,that our Kitchen abides to all government regulatory boards and we have never and will never have an incidence of rodents We have one of the best kitchen in lekki and have ran successfully without issues over the yearsAs regards the broken plates please recall that you did have a physical ultrication in the apartment with your own guest hence our security personnel where called in to intervene on your requests

The pictures presented clearly do not represent the true condition of the property. Moreover this is a heavy smoking hotel

Nicely decorated but overpriced. They want you to pay them to perform daily housekeeping on their own property. Will only provide 1 roll of toilet paper. But the room was efficient

We have taken note of your feedback but would like to emphasize that we are a shortlet apartment and not a hotel so our cleaning is every other day with replenishment of toiletries unlike some of our competitors that do not clean till you checkout
