I was disappointed. The facility gave away my space, though I had a confined booking. I was told they didn’t have space for me.

Great Lounge areas
Publié le 11 avr. 2020 sur HotelsI really appreciated all the different lounge areas, they were all warm and cozy, and each area had TVs to keep us entertained.
The rooms are ok , we had some issues with leaks that were addressed in a timely manner.
The staff are very respectful, helpful and gracious.
I would suggest that management consider looking at getting new bed linens. They are worn, stained and very old.
The last room I stayed in had mold growing on the ceiling and walls.
The breakfast menu needs some diversity.

It was a pleasure that you stayed for a total of 25 days with us, we also thank you for your kind words, however regarding your concern about the mould on the wall & pop when you were moved to a smaller room, we had planned to repaint that room were it not for the current lockdown,we also take on board the condition of the linen & will ensure we replace all the tired ones, we do have a big stock of brand new linen to replace them with. We will address these asap &

the water system was not working properly. the room was clean

Overall experience at the hotel was great. The rooms are spacious, food is good, and the decor of the rooms and hotel is very modern and stylish. The manager is very passionate about his establishment, very accessible if any question may arise and he helped make the stay a pleasant one. I will definitely recommend this hotel to both those visiting from abroad and to locals looking for a quality hotel in Lekki at a reasonable price.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were always at hand to support with anything needed. Room was kept clean daily on request and the breakfast had enough options. If I visit Nigeria again, I will happily stay here.
