Great service
We check in at 8pm, they run out of double queen rooms, so they offer an upgrade king suite and a king room. Too bad the suite is shower, not bath tub. They have detergent for the washer, but no dryer sheets. The free breakfast is good, clean and neat.

The front desk staff was tremendously helpful and friendly in resolving an error I made when I made the reservation. I expected them to be huffy, as most customer facing people tend to be these days. They were a breath of fresh air!
