Limited dining options nearby but staff was helpful in this regard. It would be further helpful to have a prepared restaurant handout. As it turned out we drove about five miles to the Riverside restaurant in downtown Beaumont & had probably the best dinner we've had in five years. Expensive tho for being on the road.

Unfortunately several restraunt’s in Vidor close on Mondays or close early so we have you the best option. It's something our staff takes great pride in, so we value your feedback. Comfortable room and a very nice hot breakfast. Its a bit noisy with the traffic so close but not terrible

Long wait to check in

The receptionist was taking another call and he never looked up and acknowledged that we were waiting to check in! Needs better training and learn to speak in a voice that can be heard! He did apologize when he finally got off the phone!
