Must state this was one of the worst hotels.
First day elevator didnt work. No support with lagguage carriage.
For those handicapped, you will have to climb stairs even after elevator.
Those who cant sleep due to morning light; then you should know curtains suck. Literally you awake 4am in summer
For gym goers, equipment is prehistorical.
For 5 nights i stayed my room wasnt cleaned nor bad was made.
I had booked for another business trip in October but decided to cancel.

Clean and great service

Unremarkable. Location was 10 minute walk from rail stop. Hotel is in a mixed use building with residents and hotel rooms.
I would use it again but only if other options were not available.

On arrival we already wanted to check-out as the area and facilities were very basic.
There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel just a corner where there is a coin coffee machine, sofa and book shelf with kiosk machine for snacks.
The room was quiet with a mini kitchenette complete with electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, sink and coffee/tea machine. The toilet was small and located opposite the shower/sink room which had a dangerously located vanity wall cabinet over hanging the bathroom sink, so beware you don’t cut your forehead open when cleaning your teeth (talking from experience).
There is yet another small door with closet which has a safe fitted on a wooden shelf so easily removed by thief.
There isn’t any cafes close by but plenty of mini-supermarkets, lots of pizza/kebab styles take always, barbers, tattoo & nail salons.
The metro stations (two of them) are beyond the church gardens and getting to the main attractions straightforward once you understand which side of the street you need to be.
The neighbourhood was not what I was expecting for Vienna with lots of people begging and sleeping rough by the church doors and people rummaging for food in the bins, it is a great pity that the area and people are being neglected.
So not recommended and locate yourself closer to the main attractions.
