A really bad experience, front desk mistreated my guest, a very poor breakfast area.

Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsPlace is durty and cheap not worth for what they charge, unless is 100 or under per night, is horrible bed ,sheets pillows and carpets, bathrooms are so dirty and hand sink is falling, is worth spending 150 somewhere else

The place wasn't clean, there was other guest hair in the shower, the stink drain was flooded, and the TV channel went out on Thursday.

Outstanding service and I enjoyed my stay. Blow dryer needed fixing but other than that! I truly had a wonderful and restful experience!!!
Very hospitable group both morning and night crew! Bravo!

Check-in took 15 mins. Called down to the front desk in the am…no answer. No ice machines.

Property was nice as last minute booking. Room was clean but water dripping in tub and looked like black mold on area of tub under faucet near drain.
