I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is very clean, amazing location. Staff was very friendly, always ready to help. Be aware that they charge the deposit, but after check out it’s back.

It was a pleasure to stay for 4 nights in this hotel . Despite the central location it was quiet at nights and the bed was very comfortable. Easy to walk from Mitte train station where the dedicated airport CAT train operates from . Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Friendly staff . Would definitely stay here again should we ever return to Vienna . Such a beautiful city .

Nice hotel! The comfort room was too small for people traveling with luggages. I received a 25 euro voucher to spend at the breakfast lounge which was nice, but couldn’t buy a breakfast which is 38 euro. Instead we got two cappuccinos and a croissant. When we checked out we received a pack of wafers. The hotel was nicely located and safe to walk to inner Stadt. The staff was super friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay in Vienna.

Cute hotel, nice breakfast, tiny swimming pool. The service is 50/50 - had to ask 3 times to bring new coffee capsules and tea bags, after all just bought at a store, the same at the restaurant- slow response.

I didn't like only one thing every day . The restaurant downstairs next to the lobby its an open area connecting to the lobby when I was there waiting for the elevator or talking with the concierge my hair, my coat was impregnable for the cooking smell. they need to have better extarctors in the cooking area . The hotel its very good , the roof have a good restaurant ,bar, nice pool and view.

The room was quite dusty, it was more apparent when we switched off/on the bedside table lamp, we could see dust flying around. Our noses quickly become stuffy whenever we were in the room. But I must say the room was overall clean. The room layout was also weird, basin and shower was positioned in the bedroom and toilet was in its own room. Hotel location was ok, about 15mins walk from the main sightseeing area and restaurants.
