Worst hotel I’ve ever stay.
When I checked in at 7 pm , they assigned me a room still messy with a lot of garbage and strong smell. I came to front desk and show her the pictures I took of the room, she told me they have no other king size bed room, is it ok change to double bed room, I agree with that, but she didn’t tell me that was a upgrade, until I checked out today and received the invoice they charge the upgrade fee on every night I stay , that’s unacceptable.

Liked the location because we were going to an early morning appointment nearby. Didn’t have to be in rush hour traffic very long. Did not like that breakfast and parking weren’t included, unlike the previous hotel we had used.

We had to call to have the a/c fixed 3 times! Room was so hot & got so stuffy during sleeping, that one of us ended up with a migraine. We had a room for 4 people, but only 3 towels, 3 cups, etc. Had to ask for TP. Housekeeping came while we were out, and shower was never cleaned. (we aren't dirty, but a towel & washcloth was left by one of the kids & it was still there). Restaurant food was quite limited, not that tasty, & expensive for what was received.

Hotel was fine. However the front desk attendant asked if we wanted to be move from next to the elevators. Of course we said yes. The did not mention it would cost an extra $100 for the three day stay for the move!😡

Restful stay, clean property, convenient parking. There were no bath or hand towels in room. Called front desk (evening arrival). Rather than deliver towels to room, they asked that I come to front desk to retrieve them, which was annoying, particularly since there were two employees at front desk who were mostly chatting with each other at check in and when retrieving towels.
