This property is the best bang for the buck in the area. Spacious suites and on-site laundry, wonderful breakfast and wonderful staff.

We had the “family suite” and it was like a whole apartment in size..very unusual in Europe! Great location and a nice availability of free water and coffee machine for guest use

We were there mid September and there was a lot of rain and wind which could have resulted in the sewer/garbage smell around the elevator and outside of our room. Overall the rooms are spacious and clean, however also pretty old.

Great comfort in a great location
Posted Sep. 23, 2024 on HotelsWe had two of the family rooms for us and pur adult children. Plenty of storage, large, comfy rooms. Very convenienient to the Opera house, Nauschmarket, Hofburg palace and Charles Church. Great to have washer and dryer to use in the basement. Had to install We Wash app to use them. Staff extrememely helpful and friendly. Very pleasant stay in Vienna.

The property is a long term stay hotel and rooms with kitchenette and living room were spacious. Another positive is the public transport is all literally very close. In addition there is a great cafe bar across from the Opera with great food and drinks and stays open late. On the negative side the area outside our second floor room and the shower smelled badly of sewage during the heavy rains. The breakfast is overpriced so save some money and walk to the bagel shop or cafes nearby. Also, be advised the this is a long term stay hotel so the advertised “laundry services” are in fact self serve washer and dryer in the basement of the hotel.
