We very much appreciated the positive check-in experience and also the team for the delicious daily breakfast.
The location is excellent and just a short walk to the Opera House, which is the hub for the hop-on/off bus.
The room, however, was unpleasant. A bad scent from the bathroom drains for both the shower and wash basin.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in
Posted Aug. 12, 2024 on HotelsWe loved everything about this hotel. The woman who checked us in, Alina, was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed there for 10 days, so our room was very large and most importantly, the air conditioning was AMAZING. We did do breakfast at the hotel one of the days and though pricey, they do have a wide selection of foods and very friendly/helpful staff. The free coffee and sparkling water was a huge plus. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, water pressure in the shower was great and the hotel is no more than a 15 min walk from most of the attractions in Vienna. We genuinely loved everything about this place and cannot recommend it enough!

Our favorite hotel this trip!
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HotelsFantastic location, knowledgeable staff on duty at all times, gorgeous rooms with tons of space and a lovely and spacious lobby. Bottled and flavored water, beer and coffees provided as well. Basically right across the street from a huge metro station, which was very convenient. The only flaw was noise overnight from construction- the whole city seemed to be under construction but hardly the fault of the hotel.
