un pré enregistrement est conseillé et fait par nous, et on nous demande de choisir une chambre et un langage souhaité . en arrivant changement de chambre sans explication et en anglais. le bémol de notre séjour c'est le ménage dans la chambre. si non l'hôtel est très bien situé et proche de tout et calme. une amélioration peut etre donné pour la diversité dans le petit déj..

Good hotel in need of updating

The location of this hotel is perfect, on line U3. Our apartment was spacious and quiet. The cleaning staff is doing a wonderful job. However the hotel is quite dated and the apartment could do with some refurbishment.

There was a constant noise in my room. Wifi difficult with iPhone. Other than that it was clean and walking distance from the attractions.

Good location but hotel can do better.

Spacious room, good location, quiet and central. However, rooms need attention: heating thermostat not working (way too hot in the room when on), lamp switch not working, have to unplug to switch off! Basin was blocked in the bathroom, water would not flow. Left a note but nothing was done. No shower gel provided, only shampoo… and wifi is SUPER bad… or inexistant. Impossible to work from the room. 4G almost not available either. ( we are in 2021….). Need to fix all points to make hotel attractive again.

Hôtel de bonne tenue.

L’entrée de l’hôtel est difficile à trouver car, contrairement à l’adresse indiquée, elle ne donne pas sur la rue et est plus proche de la rue adjacente derrière. Chambre spacieuse et calme, avec plateau de courtoisie ce qui est un plus. Hôtel de bonne tenue.
