Rooms are dirty hotel is under construction did not was not aware of that it is not on the Strip as they advertised their breakfast is done at 9:30 a.m. they stop serving breakfast and very dirty

It's a pity that you have such a bad review of our hotel. When customers check in, our staff will inform them that the breakfast time is 7:30-9:30, and when you check in, the breakfast time is already marked on the room card cover. My understanding is that you missed it. You were angry because you missed our hotel's breakfast time, which caused you to make malicious comments about our hotel.

飯店員工態度和善，提供機場免費接送及早餐。飯店位置於華人區，方便！缺點是飯店的WIFI 訊號常常斷訊，房間提供的冰箱完全不具備功能，廁所排水系統非常慢

谢谢您的点评和宝贵意见，各个楼层的wifi名称不同，到了不同楼层链接信号最强的wifi就不容易断了。酒店房间冰箱制冷效果差，这是小冰箱的弊端，您如需要急需饮用冷饮品，在酒店一楼的餐厅购买即可。另外厕所排水的问题，我们酒店会着重整改，确保排水通畅。再次感谢你的宝贵意见，祝您生活愉快！

Chang Palace - I would call it Chang Place.
Publié le 7 mars 2019 sur HotelsChang Palace is definitely not a palace not even close. This hotel is primarily occupied by Chinese businessmen.
I would say that for those who are not used to traditional Chinese food, avoid here. Furthermore, there's really no choices of other restaurants nearby or in the hotel.
The reception staff are friendly and helpful but they either speak local or Chinese language. some may able to speak simple English words but definetly insufficient enough to answer more queries.
Generally the finishing for the room is really shabby considering that I've to pay about A$75 p/night. mattress is good the water pressure is great. Wifi is weak.
Overall, I would certainly avoid this hotel in the future.

We are very sorry to bring you an unpleasant experience. Our hotel opened in March 2017. It is a new hotel. We can't understand what the facilities you are talking about is dilapidated. Most of our hotel guests are from China, and there are many restaurants nearby, but most of them are Chinese-style restaurants, they may not be able to meet your needs, we are sorry.

호텔은 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있었는데 중국인호텔이라 그런지 조식은 우리 입맛에 맞질 않았습니다
공항이랑 가까워 공항셔틀을 무료로 이용할 수 있는건 좋았는데, 시내랑 떨어져 있어 툭툭이나 택시를 타고 어디든 나가야해서 불편했네요
잠만 자고 이동할 경우면 몰라도 비엔티엔 관광이 목적이면 불편해요

친애하는 손님, 평가 해 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다. 우리 호텔은 개선문에서 약 4 킬로미터 떨어져 있습니다. 비엔티안 도시는 크지 않습니다. 또한 호텔은 매일 3 개의 시내 셔틀 버스를 무료로 운행합니다. 다시 머물기를 환영합니다. 나는 행복한 삶을 빌고 있습니다.
