Très bon Hotel, Restaurant moyen
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsSuperbe hôtel moderne et neuf, très spacieux, confortable. Un peu excentré, d'ou un prix raisonnable. Attention au restaurant (Roof Top) avec une qualité de plats irrégulière, sur 3 plats commandés, un immangeable (et retourné) le deuxième médiocre et le 3ème excellent. Dommage que le plat retourné ait été facturé.

Overlooking the Mekong River, walking distance in the evening to restaurants on the river front that provided outstanding food. The check and check out process was easy. I don't think we could fault it, and that includes the exceptional customer service by the staff, including Phone.

Excellent hotel with 5 star experience. Nice breakfast and free shuttle to city is good addition. Friendly staff.

The shuttle to and from the city centre was really good offering a shuttle every hour. The room was clean and having the river view was lovely. The area is fairly quiet so is a nice place to relax. We only went to the rooftop bar and this was a very relaxing atmosphere. We ate out in the evening but the breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of selection and the coffee is pretty strong.
