C est une auberge de jeunesse sans confort et plutôt mal entretenue, à éviter si possible sauf si vous aimez les auberges de jeunesse mal entretenues et négligées

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le dejeuner inclus est ok. Un exterminateur est venu frapper à notre chambre pour asperger des insecticides. Nous avons refuser car s'est toxique. Auberge reconnu pour son bar. Donc si vous chercher une place pour dormir seulement ou faire la fete c'est ok.

Personnel serviable , propreté a revoir

Vieques est une île superbe Le quartier est très touristique L'auberge est très bien située Le personnel est a l'écoute et serviable La proprete du lieu laissé à desirer La chambre était rudimentaire et la propreté de la litterie est a revoir

We’re so glad you enjoyed our location and that our staff was helpful! Because we are a hostel the rooms are very basic, that’s how we keep the prices so much lower than any other accommodation on the island. Hostels are for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep and relax but don’t want to pay for a hotel room with a TV and mini fridge when they plan to be at the beach all day. We’re sorry you felt that you’re accommodations could have been cleaner. We have a ten person cleaning crew that works hard to keep everything clean but if a guest ever feels we have missed something our office is open until midnight every day and the staff is always happy to help. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip!

The property was comfortable and everything was so calm and quiet . It was easy to call taxi too when I needed . Walkable to all the restaurants and ways to book bio tour right across from this hotel.

There was no hot water and candy wrappers in the trash can inside the room when we checked in. There was no television, mini fridge or microwave. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The air conditioning was ice cold and refreshing. The black out curtains were also an added appreciated luxury for sleeping in.

I booked for a family room, and I got a room that is big enough for two kids! Days later, my acount was charged without authorization. Lazy Guesthouse is dirty, the bathrooms are outside and filty, there are no televisions, and the area is noisy! Additionally, they promote false advertisement. The rooms are not what they are advertised to be! The room was advertised to accommodate 3 adults and 2 children. The room can ONLY accommodate 1 adult and child. Overall, I had the worst experience ever! Besides, my card was charged without authorization!

We appreciate all of our guests and strive to provide a pleasant experience for everyone. However, there are a few issues regarding your recent stay at our Guesthouse that need to be addressed.You reserved a room with maximum occupancy of three people. Your reservation was made for two guests, but you arrived with five, which put a strain on the accommodations. Additionally, your children caused damage to the room by drawing on the walls with crayons, which required repainting. During your stay, our staff and managers encountered rude and inappropriate behavior. We pride ourselves on maintaining a respectful environment for both our guests and staff, and this situation did not reflect the standards we uphold.Moving forward, we encourage you to consider the importance of adhering to guidelines and treating staff with kindness and respect. We hope this serves as a learning experience, and we would urge future hosts to consider these issues should they receive a booking from you.

Se me quedo una caltera con 5 relojes invicta unas gafas Rayban y llame durante el dia y nada aparecio e tenido una perdida de mas de $1000 dollars y no creo volver a usar el servicios primera ves en años usando este servicios muy molesto
