Practical!

Conveniently located appartment
Posted Sep. 16, 2023 on HotelsThe residence was conveniently located a 10’ walk from the center, in a rather quiet neighborhood. The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. In fact the only weak point was that the air conditioner was located in the living room, NOT the bedroom, so the temperature was a bit warm for sleeping.

Basic but spacious apartment. Ten minutes walk to the centre of Vieste, and less than five mins walk to a beautiful beach! However the apartment is noisy, you can hear noise from other apartments and from vehicles on the street at night.

Great value studio in central Vieste
Posted Aug. 7, 2022 on HotelsVery clean and comfortable studio in Residence only 6-7 minutes walk from Vieste beaches, centre and old town. Good self-catering facilities and good food shopping within 3 mins walk. Very helpful staff on reception. Secure parking was fully booked, but no issue as able to park on street immediately outside Residence for €7 per day (ticket from machine) and no security issues as Residence is right opposite police station! Great value and would definitely stay again.

Nice accomodation +location but check your invoice
Posted Aug. 4, 2020 on HotelsThe accomodation was in a good state, AC works great but only when you are in the room (its key is attached to the room key, no card). Some suggestions maybe, limited cuttlery (we had one spoon for 2) and only one trash can in the bathroom for the room. Other than that, the accomodation was big, with a balcony on the parking behind, quiet, united beds were great.
Furniture includes kitchen table, small TV in front of the bed, gas stove, a small washing machine and a small fridge, without freezer. Bathroom ameneties, 3 sizes of towels and the shelves with enough space for 4 people were very appreciated.
The parking has limited spots (15), so don't forget to book in advance. 10 euros per night, the gate is open during the reception opening hours, and can be opened by pushing a button from outside at night. Video camera at the entrance gate but no custody. The area seems safe enough though. 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the city center, supermarket, sea front and beach, perfect location.
We didn't try the breakfast (3e each) served at a closeby café.
The personal was nice and available. Reception is open until 8pm, beware. A big disappointment was to realize after checkout that the city tax they asked us to pay only cash was already included in the price of hotels.com, so we paid it twice. 1,20e per person and night is not much, but it doesn't leave a good impression when you serve yourself a tip.

Pleasant stay five minutes from the beach.
Posted Sep. 22, 2019 on HotelsA clean, comfortable apartment, five minutes from a beautiful beach and ten minutes walk from the old town centre. Conveniently located for supermarkets and excellent value for money. Great cooking facilities and very nicely decorated. There is no main road outside as some reviews claim but the room was not well soundproofed which could be a problem for light sleepers as other guests can be a bit noisy. However the bed was so comfortable we soon drifted off to sleep. Would gladly stay here again.

A quiet & relaxing 3 days in Gargano.
Posted Jan. 25, 2015 on HotelsWinter break in a part of Italy not seen by us before. Very relaxing but many restaurants were closed. Good facilities in apartment & nice food to be bought locally. Very nice locality with lots of natural beauty.
