Excellent sejour, tres calme. La partie "Serenity" de l'hotel porte bien son nom. Elle est de taille plus modeste que les resorts habituels, tout en offrant les memes services, voire plus (petit parc aquatique dans la partie principale du resort !).
Le staff est tres accueillant et aux petits soins, on prend vite gout au rythme relax et a la detente.
Toujours de la place en bord de piscine, des bons cocktails, de bons petits plats... que demander de plus ?

The staff was friendly, the food was excellent, the room was perfect for quality time with your loved ones. All the privacy you need. You can stay there all week and never leave. Just call your butler on your private phone. He it she will fulfill anything you desire. The best part is the room. Peaceful, quit and private. You very own plunge pool!! Outdoor bar and fridge. Shaded seating area. Hammock and day beds. Order food and drinks and you'll never have to leave. The food is well suited for any pallet. The menu can be modified to suit your needs.

Serenity at Coconut Bay is a fabulous boutique retreat, set in 80 acres and with a stunning beach. The staff and fantastic, so helpful, polite and welcoming. The suites are well proportioned and maintained. The butlers are professional and unassuming. All together a wonderful holiday. Looking forward to coming back.

Amazing rooms, staff, service, food, drinks. The bartenders are awesome Ray, Charles, and Deleon. Our butler Nerissa was amazing. Best service !

Serenity is a wonderful luxury resort with amazing accommodations and fabulous food options at the restaurant on site. Full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner within the all inclusive resort. Very relaxing by the pool and beach cabanas across the street provide a beach getaway which was outstanding. I cannot say enough about Serenity! Truly a gem and we’ll go back again.
Lastly, the staff were all wonderful and provide top shelf service, especially our butler McCarthy!
