Très bon séjour détente en famille au Golden sands

Très bon séjour au Golden sands de Vilanculos. Vue superbe à couper le souffle. Calme et détente assurée. Une petite rénovation de l'appartement serait la bienvenue

The communication regarding the transfer to the apartment was excellent, and the manager was very responsive. The location is beautiful - amazing view of the ocean, close to the beach, nice swimming pool. The apartment was also very clean and the appliances and general amenities were nice. The structure could use some maintenance (window could not shut because wood was swollen, counters cracked...). But with some general maintenance would be very nice.

Apartment with a view

Great views of the ocean. The apartment did have some problems e.g. there was no internet, we were assured that this was being sorted out. There wete also problems with Air Cons , lights and handles on cupboards had fallen off. Management were very responsive to feedback, and we suggested that someone should check the apartments to ensure everything was ok before the next guests moved in for their stay. Again, management were responsive to this idea. Another suggestion would be to develop an information brochure outlining things to do, places to eat, taxi numbers, and English speaking Doctors numbers. I'm sure Casa Rex has this but it should be extended to the apartments. The pool was really nice and well kept, however, i would advise guests to wear some form of swimming shoes, as nearly all the guests had cuts on the soles of their feet. I think it is something to do with the cetamic tiles in the pool.
