Our first room was not good. No hot water, dogs barking in alley outside of room all nite and a lot of cockroaches. We asked to be moved and next room was so much better.

Very beautiful setting , nice pool. the hot tub was not working when we arrived but it was going the next day. Food was very good, staff was very courteous.

Publié le 19 oct. 2018 sur HotelsThis hotel is perfect. It's two blocks from the main plaza, making walking to restaurants a breeze. The grounds are lovely and there is a swimming pool. I didn't use the pool, but I did sit out at it. I twas a lovely place to relax. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was outstanding. and the staff was very friendly. I will definitley staff here again on my next trip to Vilcabamba.
