La ZÚA Rural Cottage in the Molino el Vado estate

The rural house "La Zúa" is located in Villamartin, in the farm "Molino el Vado", a historic estate where once the light of the municipality was produced. At present, there are still two water dams, La Zúa Chica and La Zúa Grande, where in the reservoirs they form, even the most adventurous enjoy a swim in the river. The farm is completely isolated, with parking and accessed by a road about 2km from Villamartin.

It is a house on the ground floor, with rustic style and completely renovated. It has cozy facilities, ideal for families and meetings of friends where you can spend an unforgettable and relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our house you can enjoy the sun, the countryside and all the wonders that the Sierra de Cádiz has to offer.

The rural house is rented as full accommodation and can accommodate 9 people in bed and 1 in a sofa bed. It consists of a 60m2 living room with comfortable sofas and a dining table. The fireplace has a built-in oven where you can make delicious meals. The beds are distributed, one in a marriage room, 4 in another with 2 bunk beds, and 3 in another with a bunk bed and a single bed. In each room we will find wardrobe and independent heating. It has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and a toilet in the pool. The kitchen is completely equipped.
It has a 9x5m pool of saline water (salt chlorinator), with the outer edge enlozado with anti-slip tiles and a step inside where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views that the countryside offers us.
Outside the house you can enjoy a garden area with hammocks for sunbathing and outdoor sofas where you can enjoy long evenings. It has outdoor table and barbecue.

Pasamos un fin de semana genial. Una casa rural rural, con su campo y animales cerca. Lo pasamos de maravilla y la casa nos encantó, sobre todo la zona de la piscina :)
