Pack your bags to enjoy a weekend getaway, a few days during the week or a vacation!
Sparkling clean 3 bedroom home with fenced in yard just minutes from the bay.
Bedroom 1 has a full bed and bureau. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a bureau. Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed that converts to 2 twin beds, a bureau and 2 closets. Sheets and towels are included and each bed has a cozy quilt and pillows.
Your bed will be made and ready for your arrival!

Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook; even a Crockpot so your meals can be ready when you step off the beach. We have a gas grill outback, patio set and an enclosed outside shower to enjoy after a day at the beach.
Living room has a nice large sofa and a small sofa to enjoy your favorite movies. We have a smart TV with Hulu.
There are also plenty of books and magazines to read.

We supply 4 beach tags to use during your stay to the beaches in Cape May.
The front porch has a little bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee or a few blocks away is a new coffee shop (Bravado) that has a cool vibe and great breakfast sandwiches.
The street in front has little local traffic. It's a quiet residential neighborhood.
We welcome 1 well behaved dog at an additional $50 per night.
The yard has plenty of grass and is wide open for kids to play and your dog to run.
You are just a few steps away from an old fashioned ice cream shop (Milky Way) with a mini golf course. There is also a great seafood take out place just a short distance as well; Fish & Fancy.
Come for a few days, a weekend or a week or two!
Cape May is just 15 minutes away with excellent shops and restaurants, Wildwood is 15 minutes away with waterparks and amusement rides. Ocean City is 45 minutes away with a fun boardwalk or take a trip to the casinos in Atlantic City (about an hour away). It's also fun to take The Cape May Lewes Ferry across the bay to Delaware for the day. Cape Henlopen State Park has a great beach with hiking and biking trails, Rehoboth Beach has a fun boardwalk and the town of Lewes has quaint shops and restaurants. So much to see and do....come stay with us!

1. CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.
2. PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, vacation rental and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will e-mail you describing the details within 30 days.
3. OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES. regarding the maximum number of occupants, pets, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. If pets are not allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made in writing. Sub-letting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
4. OCCUPANCY. In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of subject property which is ?. Guests must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. All guests age 2 and over are counted as guests. Any reservation made under false pretenses and/or any party falsely representing the number people in the home is subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement. No fraternities, school, civic or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval. In no event shall guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guest hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that Guest is causing or has caused any damage to the Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant property owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair.
5. THE OWNERS AND ASSOCIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owners will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard.
6. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops at your vacation rental so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the
vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to
inoperable appliances, etc. in Rental Property although property owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the area due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations.
7. KEY Procedures: Keys to the property will be at the property in a lock box. Renter will be given the code on or about 2 days before arrival either text or email with directions to the property. The day of check-out, please place the keys backin the lock box.
8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
9. LEGAL DISPUTE. In the event it is necessary to resolve any legal disputes between the parties under this rental
agreement, the tenant agrees to reimburse landlord all landlord's costs of litigation and costs of collection, including, but not limited to, landlord's attorneys fees and court costs."
10. PAYMENT. As of the time of booking, the following charges are in effect. These charges may change over time as Renter requests other services.

Vacation property has really nice enclosed yard and a great deck at front door. House has 3 bedrooms, living room, cheerful family room, and very complete kitchen with washer and dryer. Rooms have cute beach decor.

Misleading
This house is located in a neighborhood called villas. This is in cape May county, but not close to the vacation area of cape May. It is - 15 minute drive. The block it is on is behind parking lots of a couple of business and has a weird feel. The house itself was sweltering hot. The AC seemed to only work in the late evening. All day the house would stay around 81 degrees. We reached out immediately but did not get a phone call until we were gone. My husband who has medical issues and does not do well in heat had to go a with my older son to a hotel in wildwood. Because we had our dog with us and could not get a hotel to take dogs I had to stay in the house. We threw in the towel, cut our family vacation short and went home. Sitting in an 82 degree house is not A vacation. Very disappointing.

Came down with my family from ohio for a short visit! We had a wonder stay the house was very neat and had everything we needed actaully actually more then we needed probaly didnt need to pack half the things we packed. It has a wonderful fenced in yard if your brining you pup.

This house is beautiful! So nicely done and kept very clean. I was very comfortable with myself and kids. The backyard was a huge bonus since its fenced in. I have an autistic child so it was a very nice feature for us! We would absolutely rent again!

A Rewarding Surprise
My stay was much better than I could have imagined. The properties backyard was a huge fan favorite for both my kids, my dog, and myself. This made for a great relaxing spot to stay when we were not at the beach. The grill and the fire pit were a huge plus as well. Once inside the property may feel small to some, but the layout of the furniture actually helped maximize the space. The washer and dryer were top notch and helped save time so we didn't have to do it after we departed. The seasonal beach tags allowed us to take advantage of Cape May Beach as well as the local Bayside beaches in the Villas. The location is close to many fun attractions outside the beach and the restaurants were top notch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Cape May by themselves or with their family.

The property is exactly as stated. Cute front porch with bistro set to enjoy morning coffee. Cute detached back deck with table & chairs, gas grill(did not use), fire pit. Nice fenced in yard… dogs really enjoyed. Outdoor shower was great after day at beach. Plenty of beach chairs supplied as well as beach tags. Lyn and Anthony were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Look forward to another stay. Possibly, next time we will stay at one of their other rentals closer to bay! Either way looking forward to another stay! Thanks again!

We loved the house and yard. Very quiet neighborhood, which we preferred. It’s a long walk to beach, so you might consider driving, but no parking issues. Anthony was easy to contact. Outdoor shower needs stronger water flow. But our bad we didn’t tell him about that. overall would highly recommend

Just amazing!
This was our second stay at seagulls nest and it was even better than the first time. As usual it was super clean and so accommodating. The inside and outside of this adorable house was perfect. The yard and the decor inside was so cozy and comfortable. John and Lynn were so kind and attentive and quick to respond. We will be returning again hopefully before the year is over.
