Super spot mais assez bruyant
Le spot est vraiment top, réellement a 30 mètres de la mer par un petit sentier. La maison simple mais agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Mais à déconseiller à ceux qui recherchent le calme, à cause de la mitoyenneté avec les voisins et les animations musicales du restaurant de la plage.

La casa é situata in una posizione eccezionale. Le foto non rendono bene l’idea. Si é subito al mare a due passi. la spiaggia vicinissima a casa é di sabbia fine e il mare veramente bello. La casa ha una terrazza stupenda. Anche dal bagno si ha un panorama mozzafiato. Ringraziamo il sig Baldussi,per la sua cortesia e attenzione. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza da sogno. Aggiungo che a pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere spiagge meravigliose. Spero di tornare in questo paradiso al piu presto

Struttura stupenda ,host gentilissimo
La struttura è molto bella,tranquilla,pulita,ha un bel parcheggio privato sul retro della casa, uno stupendo panorama sul mare ed è vicinissima alla spiaggia(100 mt. a piedi attraverso un facile sentiero).Il propietario il sig.Michele è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza.

Un angolo di paradiso
Siamo stati in questa villetta due settimane. Posizione fantastica, a 50 mt dalla spiaggia di campus molto bella, ma comodo anche il paese raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Presente una doccia condominiale esterna comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia. Casa spaziosa, con addirittura la macchinetta del caffè nespresso! Sul davanti della casa ampia terrazza dove poter mangiare con vista mare. Proprietario molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto risolto in pochissimo! Sicuramente da consigliare!

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in super Lage
Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Meer ist einfach perfekt, zum Einkaufen sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

I villini sono situati in una location incredibile, pochi passa dalla spiaggia e vista sul mare. La casa è pulita e in ordine, inoltre i proprietari sono gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità o informazione. Il centro di Villasimius dista 3 min in macchina. Che dire, purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è durato solo 7 gg ma speriamo di poter tornare in futuro. Grazie di tutto a Michele e Monica!

Siamo stati a casa del signor Michele per 10 giorni ed è stata una vacanza indimenticabile! La casa è posizionata vicinissima alla spiaggia di Campus ,bellissima spiaggia di sabbia e scoglio con un mare cristallino che va dal verde all'azzurro! In casa non è mancato niente a partire dalla pulizia !Il proprietario è sempre molto disponibile !

Dopo un anno siamo tornati a Villasimius ed abbiamo prenotato la stessa casa dell'anno scorso. Che dire, non possiamo che confermare tutto quello che di buono avevamo riscontrato nel 2017. Casa in splendida posizione, oserei dire unica, perfettamente fornita, pulizia impeccabile e, ciliegina sulla torta, la gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Da consigliare e da tornarci.

La posizione della casa invidiabile con un esterno molto curato...la parte interna un po' spartana...arredamento ridotto al "minimal" appena sufficiente...infatti mancano degli appoggi in bagno, in cucina e nelle camera una mix di arredamento di risulta. Casa nel complesso pulita e cortesia superba del proprietario.

Lage Top, Unterkunft in Ordnung.
Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 5 min mit dem Auto von Villasimius und nur 1 Gehminute vom Strand entfernt. Die Anlage besteht aus ca. 12 Häusern, jedes Haus hat seine eigene Terrasse, seinen eigenen kleinen Balkon und eine Dachterrasse. Positiv: - super Lage - schöne Aussicht - relativ ruhige Gegend - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - viele schöne Strände in der Nähe - alle notwendige Küchenutensilien vorhanden Negativ: - Einrichtung war ein wenig abgenutzt und etwas ungemütlich, generell sehr zusammengewürfelt - keine Couch vorhanden - den Mietvertrag den wir ausfüllen sollten, gab es nur auf Italienisch Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kurz, im Nachhinein hätten wir uns am Anfang gewünscht ein paar mehr wichtige Information zu bekommen. Zum Beispiel was mit dem Müll gemacht werden soll. Vor jedem Haus stehen kleine Mülleimer, die wir auch nutzten. Leider wussten wir nicht, dass es eine sehr strenge Mülltrennung (zB frische Essensreste separat vom Restmüll, Plastikflaschen und - Dosen separat vom Plastikmüll, usw) auf Sardinien gibt und dass jeder Gast seinen Müll selber zum Recycling Hof bringen muss (ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt). Was ja weiterhin nicht schlimm ist, nur haben wir die Information erst 2 Tage vor Abreise zufällig in einer Schublade gefunden. Also haben wir den Müll noch mal durchschauen und noch mal sortieren müssen. Der Gastgeber war sonst sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit in Sardinien und haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft genossen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Man könnte nur einige (zB oben angemerkte Punkte) zukünftig verbessern.
