Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThere are not many options in Ville Platte for hotels. However, I would not stay here again. Our air didn't work properly, the hotel smelled funny, and it was only and felt like paint was covering the problems that were actually there.

No warning of no elevators
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWhen we checked in we were told our room was on the second floor with no elevator. We asked if there's anything on the 1st because one member of our party has mobility concerns. The irritated clerk says they are full and she can cancel our room with a penalty fee. She said that like 3 times. We repeatedly told her we didnt want to cancel and repeated our request. Again , I will just cancel your room and you can pay the penalty. I told her no...the hotel was full with a little league team with nosiy boys, and you can tell she was fed up.
