Good location, nice room, good breakfast
Publié le 1 mai 2019 sur HotelsThe location of this Holiday Inn is ideal. Just a few minutes away from the bus stop coming from the airport and about 15 min from the Old City Center.
Check-in was smooth. The room was large with plenty of room for our stuff. The mini bar had just enough room to put a couple of bottles of soda and a water bottle. We're always complicated when it comes to bedding but the bed was firm to our liking as well as the pillows. I would suggest a queen size instead of a full size since the room is large. There should be a recycling bin in addition to the regular trash bin (going around the side of the hotel to recycle is a bit awkward). The room was clean when we got there but it's a shame that it wasn't vacuumed daily. The room was a bit dark at night. There should be a light fixture on the ceiling. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
The bathroom was large and we appreciated the fact that there were refillable hand soap and shampoo/shower gel bottles. So much waste goes in those mini bottles. We hung our towels every day so it's a shame that they got changed for our last night. The bathtub being pretty high, getting out of the shower could be a bit perilous. I would suggest adding a small handrail to avoid accidents.
Breakfast was very good with an awesome selection. The service at the entrance was on the rude side. No hello just a "what's your room number". Same thing for the receptionists. No acknowledgement whatsoever.
All in all a good stay but service needs improvement.

Le service est plutot bon et reactif
Tres bon petit dejeuner.
En revanche faire attention aux chambres donnant sur l avenue principale. Ca peut etre problematique si vous etrs tres sensibles u bruit (voitures)

Emplacement : Proche du fleuve qui traverse la ville et tout proche du centre historique
Très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble situé à proximité du centre historique.

Pour : son accueil
Contre : les travaux en cours.. le bruit
Emplacement : deux centres commerciaux à proximité.
hotel propre, bien situé, petit déjeuner copieux.. attendez un peu pour y aller, ils font des travaux dans des chambres, alors pour ceux qui veulent faire la grasse mat, c'est raté.. il y a des bruits de perceuses..

WiFi was very good
