Vincentia offers a community minded village which is centred between the popular township of Huskisson and the amazing Hyams Beach.

Launch your jet ski or boat just meters from your doorstep at the natural boat ramp. Head onto the waters to do some fishing or explore the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay.
Jump onto one of the boat tours and see our resident bottle nosed dolphins playing or head out to see the migrating whales. Boating not your thing??
Take a walk or grab your bike and head on over to the Huskisson where you can do some shopping, grab a coffe, or pop into one of the breweries, the famous husky Pub, or one the Clubs. With an old school movie theatre; barefoot bowls and a putt-putt golf course you will find something for everyone.
Grab a coffee and stroll down to the beach and watch the sunrise up over the pristine waters of Jervis Bay.

The open plan living in the kitchen, lounge, and dining areas affords you plenty of space for the crew, and the living areas are complemented with views of the beach all year round! The main bathroom is stunning and contemporary and offers a full-sized bath to relax in or to wash the kiddies in after a day at the beach.

The property also features an undercover entertaining area at the rear with a pleasant layout offering great views to Jervis Bay as an added bonus. When you are finished at the beach, you can enjoy the inground pool and BBQ area. This area features a seperate pool house which has been set up with a couch and smartTV area. The pool house has a shower area, toilet and kitchenette. Ideal for the teenagers to lounge around in once they finish swimming for the day.

Fantastic family holiday.
We had a fantastic long weekend with the whole family - ranging from 6-80. The pool was used by young and old, despite the low temperature of the water. There was plenty of room to spread out and we really appreciated the number of chairs and the large indoor and outdoor tables. The BBQ is excellent and was used on two of the nights, while the short distance to the Vincentia shops was a boon on the night we wanted to buy chips! The house is even closer to the beach than it looks, allowing for beach walks, swims and rock fishing, so everyone was catered for. The grandchildren have already put in a request to stay here again. I think it will be granted.

Good location, however there were issues with cleanliness. The fans in the bedrooms were coated with dust and the exhaust fan in the kitchen was disgusting. The BBQ didn't work properly and no towels provided - despite being told only to bring beach towels. The pool was dirty, little toilet paper and not well stocked. The condiment bottles were empty. Have stayed in much nicer places in Vincentia that are cheaper

Property provided a great venue for friends to catch up for a lazy weekend. Shops and beach are very close. House is well appointed with plates / cutlery catering for many guests and pod coffee machine. We’ll be returning.

Beautiful Location, the rest ?
First of all property was in a beautiful location, just up the road from the beach. Plenty of room in house , very comfortable beds, lots of pluses. Now for the minuses, bins were full when arrived, agents were great, rectified issue pretty quickly. General cleanliness of house was ok, until you opened cupboards & drawers in kitchen. We had to rewash all kitchen crockery, cutlery, cups, saucepans, frypans anything we used in the kitchen, (probably left that way by previous tenants), so not blaming owners or cleaners of house. However these things should probably be checked from time to time for cleanliness. Also not very happy with cleanliness of showers. The shower floors in both bathrooms look like they needed a good scrub with bleach. I don’t normally winge about these types of things, but after paying so much for the holiday rental of this home & expensive fees, I would have expected a bit better. I would stay there again as was a great location.

Location was excellent and accomodated our family of 12 although the bedroom near the laundry was very small with nowhere for clothes. The laundry floor has quite a dangerous bow in the floor. It rained the first night and the rain came through the light fitting in the laundry. Very hazardous and needs to be attended too. Light not working in the kitchen and cupboards need a very good clean. Overall we had a lovely stay

We loved the house and location which met our needs of a group of 7 perfectly, also pool and outdoor facilities were very good. We’re very keen for future revisits. Generally we found the house, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, however kitchen not so, grill not cleaned from previous use, drawers/shelving needed a good wipe out and sorting, bbq and utensils had not been cleaned, no extra garbage bags were supplied, disappointing when a cleaning fee is charged on top of rental costs. No reply from owner when a couple of messages had been sent during the stay.

Great location. Comfortable house with plenty of room.
The location was what we loved most about this place - just a 1 min walk to the beach and you get views of the water from the front lounge room. Plenty of rooms for our large group and the extra studio near the pool was handy as a second living area for the teens/young adults. The downsides were there were kitchen items that were missing (a grater, casserole dishes for microwave use), and the decor was very white and spartan - not overly homey. But these were not major issues for us.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The house is clean, comfortable, well stocked for cooking. A great location so Close to the water. Lovely in-ground pool. Lots of space for the family to spread out and relax.

Loved the house, so much room for everyone. So close to the beach was fantastic. There was deadbugs on bench tops in kitchen, the pool had the crawler in it but was stuck, leaves and spiders in pool, i just used the scoop on the pole. Hate spiders. Overall we all had a fantastic time.
