Need to fix the tiles in the laundry (they were randomly falling off the wall which sounded like dishes breaking!) and if you want people to clean the barbecue at the end of their stay it would be good to provide cleaning products to do this!
We would stay again but some additional hospitality touches would be nice!

Posted Feb. 6, 2021 on HomeAwayThe house sits across the road from the beach which was very exciting for the kids in our family group. The views of the ocean from the spacious bedrooms are breath taking. It is in a fantastic position. However, the house is in need of some serious TLC. We were expecting a degree of wear and tear from the reviews we had read but we were also expecting a much higher degree of cleanliness. The kitchen shelves and cutlery drawers were quite grimy and the kitchen itself could have been better equipped. The extractor fan on the stove was missing one of its covers so that the control buttons at the back could be reached. The control buttons on the front were non-existent and the stove light was not functioning. Given the expense we expected everything to have been in working order, for the house to be well equipped and to be of a higher standard of cleanliness.

I can only apologise that the cleaning was not up to our usual high standards. We are an extremely proactive small local business and had you raised these concerns at the time we would have immediately sent the cleaners back to rectify any concerns.

Great place for a family
Posted Jan. 24, 2021 on HomeAwayClose to the beach, good size rooms and all the ammenities you need. The property is a bit older, but otherwise well maintained. Not a very big lounge, but not really needed with the beach right across the road. Nice to hear the waves at night.

Posted Jan. 10, 2021 on HomeAwayIt was a good experience staying on this property. The location is fantastic and the property has whatever is required to have the experience. Only thing is that property has started showing its age and some of the things were not in great condition. The upper floor bathroom locks were not working so we had to use a note there to knock before come in. But overall experience was very nice!

Ageing property , can add more kitchenware

Backyard can be maintained a bit more . Very minimum kitchenware and not enough for a family to cook.
