Little things equal big things…

I enjoyed the stay because I really like MV but the condo was just okay… Cons: 1. The condo is on the lower level. I heard noise just about every time the people upstairs dragged a chair across the floor, dropped something, used the shower, ran/walked heavily, etc. As someone not used to sharing walls, the noises were extremely disturbing. 2. Lack of basic supplies: Stayed for a week. had to buy some large plastic bags, so I could store the trash. Did not know where to put the trash so a week’s worth of trash stayed in the condo. Also had to buy more toilet tissue. 3. Shower water turned lukewarm when the condo above took a shower at the same time. Learned to time my shower around theirs so I could have hot water. 4. Bed was entirely too soft. 5. Could not use the TV in the bedroom. It turned on but could not watch any channels. Not sure if the batteries did not work or some other issue… Pros: 1. strong Wi-Fi signal 2. communal pool to use 3. walking distance to shops in town 4. cleanliness of unit 5. host left a bottle of sangria and snacks - nice touch

We are thankful that this guest took the time to share her experience with us. We understand her frustration and wish that she would have contacted us directly, as I reached out to her before and during her stay, but received no response. 1. Since your stay, we have removed the Memory Foam Gel Mattress Topper, realizing that not all guest may benefit from this type of sleeping option. 2. I'm sorry that our guest didn't have a chance to read the instruction manual located in the living room, as it addresses questions regarding the operation of items like the remote control for the Smart TV. 3. I wish that our guest would have expressed her concern during her stay, as we have a Care Taker on call 24/7 to promptly answer questions, make any needed accommodations (For example adjusting the water temperature of the hot water heater, pointing out the location of "basic supplies" or contacting a neighbor if the noise level is bothersome.) We value feedback as it helps us to identify areas of improvement. Thank You.

Film festival

It was great! The property was just as advertised. Amenities are close, everything was clean and set up was very cozy and comfortable. I would stay again.

Hard to beat!

The location was perfect, a 5 min walk to Main Street VH. The kitchen was well-equipped and all the amenities one would need were provided. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would love to stay here again!
