Hi John, Thanks for your review. Yes the parking lot is tight, but we do have a larger one across the street. It is an older building and we are constantly updating our rooms and have just put in a new 2nd floor deck on one building and will do the other this winter. In terms of housekeeping, we are all very short staffed on the island, but if some is here 4 nights or more we do go in and clean. Thanks for staying with us.

Hello Egon, First it was a challenge to translate to English, but I figured it out. Yes it is an older structure, but coming from Italy, I would think that that would be something very common to you. Yes, the view from the window is not panoramic, however we do have rooms with beautiful water views. You must ask for a water view upon reserving your room. Your room was an adjoining room at one point, but the door is locked on both sides. I am not sure what you are referring to when you say there was "noise from rinsing all night" as there are no bathrooms above or below your room. In regards to the private beach, we are in a harbor used by other facilities and there are yachts and sometimes small cruise ships adjacent to us, which we cannot control, however we are the only hotel/motel/inn on the Vineyard with a private beach. Every day thru out the summer there are guests swimming in our waters everyday, regardless of who may be next to us. In regards to catering facilities and accommodations in the surrounding area, the Net Result (seafood to go} Rocco's (Italian/pizza) great BTW, Beach Road (high end dining) Cat Boat (coffee/breakfast/lunch), great BTW right across the street to our left. Garde East right next door, next to the yachts (high end dining) across the street to our right is Nina's food truck, Wolf Den Pizza, Art Cliff Diner for great breakfast and lunch. These facilities are all within one block or less of our facility. I wish you had come to the front desk with your concerns or inquiries about our surrounding restaurants and what else may be available to any visitors on the island. There are some other fabulous restaurants within 2 to 3 blocks of our facility. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us, but perhaps you will give us another chance, now that you have more information about the possibilities;

Hi Keisha, Thank you for your review. Thanks for letting us know about the AC. It is brand new and should not be making any noise other that the usual hum, so we will look into it. I am not sure who you dealt with at the front desk because everyone who works at the front desk is normally very helpful and amicable. This is the 2nd time that you have stayed with us, so we hope to see you again.
