Staff was very friendly & welcoming. A nice variety of hot & cold breakfast items was available. Coffee was good and strong. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The shower had great water pressure and a nice shower head. I would like to switch out styrofoam dishware & go to paper at breakfast. . Gluten free option would have been welcomed as well. The workout facility did not have any free weights but the three exercise machine were nearly new. Non-smoking hotel is great but smokers congregated at near front entrance which was unpleasant. Room had an unpleasant smell when we checked in. I regret I didn’t ask to be moved right away as we spent a very damp night. The fact that the bathroom lacked a vent fan was certainly part of the problem & made the room more unpleasant. Overall we both felt the room was overpriced.

This was the first time Ive stayed in a HI Express in years. I was very impressed with the property, the staff and, of course, the breakfast offering. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well maintained. It was a good experience

Beds and pillows amazing. Clean room & shower. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Very friendly and informative of area.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The free breakfast was fresh and fully stocked even towards the end which we appreciated since we're late bloomers. We got the standard king which was perfect for our one night stay.
