Condo situé a 3 minutes de marche de la page. Plage éloignée de la foule du boardwalk et tranquille. Pas le souci de trouver une place devant la mer. Condo parfaitement équipé. Condo propre et sécuritaire.

Uncrowded beach and calm waves
I stayed at this first floor condo over the Labor day weekend with my husband and pup. The beach is (turn right as you leave) is about a 2 min walk. However, then you have another 5-7 min walk down the path till you put your umbrella up and chair down. Chic's beach is not crowded and the bay waters are calm. The location can't be beat as you are within walking distance (a mile or less) to several terrific bars and restaurants so no car is needed while you get your steps in. The condo was clean and one of the most full stocked places I have ever stayed at. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent, linens, paper products, plates, silverware, glassware,pots, pans, etc. And having a washer and dryer is huge bonus. All the appliances are stainless steel and new. The shower is a bit tight and you can't move the shower head to different position so you have to be careful or you will get water on the floor. I guess I was under the impression the condo was an actual one bedroom, but it is a studio apt. all open. The mini a/c worked great. The bed is a double, not a queen and so is the sofa bed. I can see 2 adults with 1 child (max) staying here. But not 4 guests. Parking is right next to the condo. The only cons I saw were you could hear every step and noise the guests staying in the upstairs condo made. So be aware. And the storm door was hard to lock and unlock. No Keurig. And also, the pet fee can be bit steep. But I know there are some guests aren't considerate. We enjoyed our stay!

We arrived a few hrs early and was permitted to check in. The host was so nice and quick to respond. Location was GREAT, so close to the beach. Unlike VA Beach, this beach was not crowded at all. We had the best time, we will be back!!

It was 3 of us staying for 4 nights. Nice open layout with full kitchen and laundry in the bathroom. Quenn size bed with a quenn size pullout sofa. About a 5 minute walk do Chicks beach. Would stay again and can’t wait for our next trip!!

The property owner felt like a longtime friend by the time our weekend was over. Super nice & welcoming. The place was perfect for what we needed. Work stay
I was in the area for work and was tired of paying for hotels without necessary amenities for an extended stay. This place was super easy to check into and when I did check in it was super clean and the perfect size for my fiancée and I. Definitely good for two people who want to be close to the beach and have a cozy spot to stay. The only one issue for me was that you can hear every footstep from the renters in the unit upstairs which can get annoying but overall I’d stay here again!

Quiet & clean studio with residential beach
This was perfect for what we were looking for. Quiet residential neighborhood away from the boardwalk and crowds. The beach is literally a block away and it was not crowded. Dog friendly too. The studio apartment has everything you will need and is very clean. It sleeps 4 people on a full bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. You can purchase some groceries to cook in the kitchen or go out to local restaurants that are in walking distance. Washer and dryer is available. The host Svetlin communicates very quickly and can answer any questions. 5 stars. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back for our next beach get away.

Not every property should be a rental property.
Not every property should be a rental property. I'm sure the owner would enjoy staying at this property, aware of its shortcomings, but for a renter this place comes with too many discomforts to make it enjoyable. I'll list a few, but this is not the full list. First, the fridge makes a very loud mechanical noise. Twice it woke us up with a terrible noise like someone howling in pain. It was so intolerable that we had to unplug it. The couch material was a plastic-like leather. Sitting on it for 5 minutes will make your skin sweat (and make you wonder about all the sweat that came before yours). Speaking of sweating, there was a mattress cover on the bed which was also plastic. After waking up drenched in sweat we decided to take it off. The storm door wouldn't close. We could visibly tell that this wasn't a new issue by the rust in the hardware from when others tried to force it closed. Thank God we had pliers and were able to remove it. Finally, the shower was super tiny. It also had no walls, so a very long shower liner was hung to try and contain over spray. The combination of confined space and trying to maneuver my body around the expansive liner made me feel like I was about to suffocate in, you guessed it, plastic! With improvements, this could be a quaint studio, but in it's current state it just wasn't a comfortable stay.

Family Gathering
My brother had a condo in the neighborhood, but it didn’t allow pets. We rented this place for my parents with their little dog. It was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc and it was spacious enough for the whole group of us to cook and eat together! Close to the beach and some good restaurants.
