We really loved the view of the beach, and the big tub in the room. Would have loved a smart TV so we could stream, but we found some good things to watch on cable.

The only things that I don't care too much for when it comes to this property is that- if you stay on the first floor you are responsible for your own trash. You either dispose of it yourself or take the elevator to the second floor and dispose of it there. In addition to the self serving requirements on the first floor, there are no coffee stations. Yes, you have a coffee pot in your room, but that's it. Overall, the stay was average, no real complaints.

We booked the suite for the weekend, and upon arrival there was only one person who was checking people in. We waited about 20 minutes to get checked in, to be sent to the incorrect room. This room was on the first floor and just a basic room, when I had booked a suite, and wanted ocean view. We went downstairs and were offered what we had initially booked, and landed on the 8th floor 40 mins later. I didn't really like the fact that we had to pay a $200 deposit to stay one night, but it was quickly refunded the next evening. I can see charging and deposit like that if I was staying longer... The view was spectacular, and this Resort is located at the end of the beach so it's very quiet. As far as the neighbors, we didn't hear much from our room since the ocean drowns everything out, and is amazing to listen to as you sleep fyi. Didn't get a chance to check out any of the other amenities, but it was nice to have a full size fridge and kitchen amenities in our room. The only thing I wish is that the bedroom was located by the balcony area.... We ended up ditching the beds and sleeping on the pull out in the suite, so we could have the door open and listen to the ocean as we fell asleep. I will say, it was the most comfortable pull out I've ever slept on and was foam lol. Not to mention the boyfriend hooked it up with massive pillows and made it quite comfortable for us to sleep. Definitely will stay again, especially if I can get on the 8th floor again!

Stayed in the off-season for which I find it perfect. Only thing that disappoints it the tiny and overall unattractive pool. Property is a bit ramshackled by now.

I treated myself to a night by myself and Beach Quarters did not disappoint. The parking garage was nerve wrecking but the view from the room made up for it. Staff was very accommodating and quick to address replacing a lightbulb that was out in the room. They were able to give me a late check out as well. I will say the bathroom situation is really strange. The bathtub is open to the room and awkward to get in and out. The toilet room is so small you can not spread your legs to wipe, same with the sink area, not even wide enough to blow dry or brush your hair. It also smelled strongly like mold. The kitchen had just about everything you could need. Ice machines were not on every floor but close enough. I was next to a laundry room, which was very loud but thankfully stopped before bedtime. I did use a vending machine and both items purchased were expired. Great place to watch the dolphins. Oh and the doors from the garage were not locked, anyone could access any part of the resort without a key. I travel ready for any scenario but this may make some solo travelers uncomfortable.

No noise control at this hotel. The wind is constantly howling. The door was actually blown open in the middle of the night. Don’t forget the top latch. The neighbors doors slam from the wind and the staff are loud in the morning discussing rooms that need cleaning etc and clean the rooms with loud rap music with foul language.
