Located just 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, this charming home is a five-minute walk to public beach access and is situated in the Old Beach and ViBe District neighborhood, offering direct access to Interstate 264. With 10 fully-furnished townhomes available for rental purposes, your comfort is our priority.

Enjoy amenities including 2 private parking spaces, a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, a stocked kitchen with granite counters, pantry storage, large walk-in closets, an outdoor shower head for rinsing, multiple porches, TVs, and a spacious living room overlooking the open concept kitchen. Bird's Nest Porch overlooking the courtyard.
Spacious queen-size bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. Shared large, double-sink bathroom (standing shower only).
Queen bedroom with a private porch overlooking 22nd Street.

All bedrooms feature large closets, dressers, and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Located in the heart of Virginia Beach's resort area, our homes are within walking distance to top restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. Nearby attractions include the Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, entertainment venues and the developing wave park, called Atlantic Park. Golf courses, water sports, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks, coffee shops, and more are all within walking or driving distance.

Overall good experience
Property was very nice and clean. Adequate space for everyone. As a group of girls who stayed for a long weekend away, we really noticed the lack of mirrors in the house when we needed to get ready. I would suggest putting some cheap floor length mirrors on the inside of the closet doors. The property is right on 264 and sounds like a drag strip at night but that was disclosed in other reviews before booking so we were prepared for it.

Property was beautiful and super convenient location to shops and restaurants. Very easy early morning walk to beach to watch sunrise. Home has large bedrooms as well as good space for hanging out together. Well appointed kitchen.

My 4 kids(and a girlfriend), elderly mother, and I stayed at this property for a few days to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a fantastic time!! Got time at the beach, went kayaking with the dolphins, visited the aquarium...and much more! Very clean & the kitchen is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Back again!
We like these properties. It’s true the road noise from 22nd St. is persistent at night, but the properties are nice, clean and comfortable. We always have a good stay. 2 suggestions: (1) an extra blanket for each bedroom and (2) instructions about how to handle a car parked in your reserved spot. We arrived early evening in two cars and encountered a car parked in one of our spots. There was no other parking available, so I had to knock on a lot of doors with no luck. Eventually the person overheard me talking to another nearby resident and moved his car.

Close to Convention Center and Sports Complex
The property is nice the location is horrible. The traffic on 22nd Street is incredibly loud especially at 1 am in the morning. Cars constantly race up the street with their radios blaring. The tv's in the bedrooms do not work. The bedroom sizes are large and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning system keeps the house nice and cool even on the third floor.

Great Location
The location was a great fit for us. 2 blocks from the beach and a short 2 minute drive to the convention center. We were 8 adults and 2 children and found the house roomy enough for all of us. The only negative about this pottery would be the kitchen supplies. Large bowls for serving, utensils for cooking, tongs etc.. Bigger garbage can for the kitchen. No grill! But we did purchase a small charcoal grill at Lowes that worked perfect. We had a great week and if ever in the area again for work/family I would look to rent again.

Overall the house was nice. Not far from the beach and boardwalk. We had a little trouble with one of the neighbors parking in our allotted spot. The only complaint I have is the noise level on the street. It’s a main road and the cars and motorcycles tend to rev their engines flying down the street. There is a naval base near and the jet’s flying across at all hours was also disturbing.

My family of four along with a family of 3 rented this property and we had a very enjoyable stay. The property was clean and represented the pictures accurately. The owners responded quickly to any requests that we had which were very few. We noticed that there was not an iron in the property and it was provided for us within 24 hrs which was great. The property is just a few blocks for the boardwalk and beach and we walked there often. You pass several shops along the way. It is on a very busy road but the traffic noise, though we could hear it, did not bother us at all. All in all this was a great stay and we very much enjoyed our time there.

Great for us
The house was great and as advertised. Location was easy walk to beach and boardwalk. Definitely in the middle of the action (what my teenagers were looking for) and walking distance to food and shopping. Second floor road front bedroom does have noise but I am a light sleeper so I am the only one that it bothered. Just put your light sleepers or small children in other rooms and you shouldn't have an issue. I wonder if I would have even noticed if I hadn't read it in other reviews. The alley didn't bother me at all. It wasn't sketchy as others have implied, same for the walk to the beach. We felt safe walking back and forth. Things did get loud and lively late at night over the weekend closer to the boardwalk but never felt unsafe in the house or neighborhood.

Weekend Getaway
Spent the holiday weekend a the property and couldn't have been more pleased. I've stayed in multiple VRBO properties over the years and 404B ranks at the top. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store and to some of the finest restaurants VB has to offer. It was a perfect spot for our family to spend a holiday weekend at the beach.
