Hello the hotel just needs a few things to change one would be faster results and it should not be but on next person in charge checked in and refrigerator was not good took the next day another staff to get results and he did it quickly. Staff was friendly for the visit and breakfast was good would love yogurt if possible and please fix water pressure in sink for the next people coming in. Also there is a need for a new iron it stopped working also phone did not work just some touch up but great location and i felt safe.

Wonderful staff...always willing to help in any way!! I rate them Five Stars!!! Breakfast was amazing: A lot of choices! I would recommend that they provide a way to close the curtains for more privacy. We had a great stay!! I plan to stay at Comfort Inn and Suites from here on when I travel. Excellent breakfest, comfortable beds. There must be a fire dept station near as there were EMS/Fire sirens every evening/night. The only negative to the staff if our room wasn't serviced for 3 days possibly a staff shortage issue.

Bed was good. Carpeting had a stain. Shower did not get hot one day. Most disappointing was the quality of food for breakfast. Because of that Comfort Inn and Suites, and other Choice Hotel properties, are off my list. Add to that the lady maintaining the breakfast area started talking food away fifteen minutes before the allotted time. Staff was friendly and professional.

I did not have enough/any hot water to shower with. I tried different times of the day, but the best I got was tepid, at best. Additionally, the water temperature fluctuated during the course of my shower. Sometimes the water was warm, then the water was cold. The water pressure was also poor.
