The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. We had to drive around Virginia Beach for two hours looking for a hotel after midnight! The experience was horrific!

Good for the price
The hotel staff were super nice, the only service issue we had was our key cards just stopped working and we had to go downstairs multiple times to get them fixed. The room was comfy, though upon entry there was a dead beetle on the carpet and our first night we had a light shining through our window that made it seem like it was still daylight out. Even with the curtains closed it was still shining through. Altogether it was a nice trip, just a few misses.

Nobody should be staying in this place. It is the worst hotel I have ever visited for a $160 night. As soon I walked into the room what I saw: the carpet had stains, the furniture was old and damaged, the refrigerator and coffee maker didn't work, and the worst: the mattress was full of stains and dirty!!! The curtains in room 301 did not close!! The bright light comes from the street. I took videos and pictures that I am intended to send to the agency regulating this unsanitary place. Management did not care at all. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great stay!
Great stay! Staff was very courteous and helpful! I was disappointed that my family could not get rooms together on one floor. The staff said it was because a computer set up the rooms and not a staff member. You might want to look into overriding a computer. My family had not been together for 10 years. It was a great stay, though. Walking distance to restaruants and shops.

The hotel was in the peefect location, it is near shopping and great food places as well. The overall hotel was clean, minus the stair area. The only thing I did not like was they're suppose to serve breakfast everyday, and we told the kitchen was closed on that Friday. We stayed for two nights. Other than it was a great stay. It was 20 minutes away from the beach.

Enjoyed Our Memorial Day Weekend
We were able to enjoy our Memorial Day Weekend with so much comfort here at Comfort Inn & Suites even having a full breakfast before checking out was delicious! Plus, Virginia Beach was refreshing!
