Lovely condo in a perfect location
We found the place clean, comfortable and well decorated. Just steps from the beach, we could come and go as we pleased. The keyless lock meant we didn't have to take the keys to the beach. Dolphins could be seen from the balcony. Secure parking. The welcome from the owner was much appreciated. The only negative point was the noise coming from the street (music) as the window in the 2-bed room didn't close properly (the mechanism was broken). This made it more difficult for the teenagers to fall asleep. Beach chairs were provided, which was much appreciated. We had a great vacation. We plan to return.

Great Location!
Perfect location! Right in the middle of the action. We were here Labor Day weekend, an extremely busy weekend to end the summer & the noise didn’t bother us at all. The kids room is located in the center of the condo which also worked out great ! We only had one trash bag and one dishwasher pod & it would have been nice to have one more of each. Overall, would definitely recommend !

Best location in Virginia Beach
I was a bit sckeptical since almost everybody gave 5 start for this location, but after I've been there, I understood. Excellent location in the center of the beach, and we could enjoy sunrises every morning from the balcony. Property is much bigger that we can see from the pictures. Erik was very helpful and responsive while we checked in. Definetly we will go back on the same place

Better than described
First off, this condo is way bigger than the pics. Eric met us as we pulled up and took is on a tour and gave some great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises every morning, complete with dolphins all day everyday. The only thing I would change is the couch, but we didn't spend too much time there to care all that much Would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem
If you’re looking for a place in VA Beach, don’t look any further. Like the other reviews, it is larger than it appears from the photos. We had a detour from our original plans, so I made this a girls trip with me (mom), my two teenage daughters and their friend. Our weather wasn’t ideal, but the condo made it so much better. When we had to hunker in during the storms, it truly felt like a home-away- from home…. With way better views. I miss my morning coffee on the patio watching the MANY dolphins. Eric was the perfect host and very attentive.

Perfect location by the sea, clean space, and great host.
We stayed here for a week with our family of four. The location was perfect… right in the heart of all the action of Virginia Beach, including a gorgeous balcony overlooking the beach. Not to mention that the ocean is just a few steps away. The space is wonderfully maintained, and is way bigger than the photos even make it appear to be. Erik is also a wonderful host. If we make it back to Virginia Beach, we will try and book this location again.

Spacious condo with an incredible location and view!
The owner met us at the condo and was extremely helpful and gave us quite a bit of insight regarding the surrounding area. The condo was bigger than we had originally anticipated and our family of five had more than enough room for all of us to be extremely comfortable. The condo is perfectly placed right on the beach and there are lots of fun things to do nearby. Our first day there we were able to see dolphins right off the beach from the front balcony. Amazing experience!

Great Beach vacation
Great condo right on the beach. Right in the middle of the boardwalk. Very spacious. All the beds were comfortable except the sofa bed, the boys opted to just sleep on the couches instead. Stayed with 2 grown kids and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space.

Best spot on Virginia Beach
Amazing location with an amazing and accommodating host! It’s not quiet but its location is safe and convenient. Literally steps from the ocean, night clubs, restaurants and shops. Eric was very accommodating and knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had.

Exceptional condo!
We were very impressed with the size and location of this condo. Very nicely appointed, nicely stocked kitchen, awesome balcony where we saw many dolphins! Master bed was comfy! You could hear some traffic on the street side but keeping the storm shutters closed helped. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Secured /gated parking. The owner was very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again!

Erik was a great help and the condo was extremely nice, being right on the beach and right around so many different restaurants and activities was a blast. The balcony on the back was perfect for watching the waves on the beach.

Best on the Beach
The pictures do not do the rental justice. It’s much larger than it appears in the listing. The unit is great, and the balcony and beach views are unbeatable. Beach access is right there. It’s easily accessible by freeway, and you’re in the heart of the boardwalk. That said, centrally located does mean that it can be a bit noisy in the main bedroom at night but that can be mitigated with the shutters—but if you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest ear plugs if you’re coming at the height of tourist season (or sleeping in the other bedroom or pull out couch in living room). Check in and out processes were smooth and easy. This is an amazing find in Virginia Beach!

Fantastic unit
The unit was very clean and well kept. Location is great due to being in the middle of the boardwalk. However the location is in the heart of congestion and the night time noise level is high. Parking was very tight. Great communication with the owner. Would recommend!

This is a great place if you are looking for right in the heart of Virginia Beach. It was well kept and very clean. Great view right on the ocean as well and felt laid back while also being right in the action. Would 100% stay here again.

Good place, no issues
The property was bigger than i thought it would be. The owner was very helpful the entire time we were there. Great location on the beach and easy to get to the beach. Only downside was the nightlife outside, was a bit lour till about 1 am.
