We made a reservation made for 4 guests for a room with full kitchen. On arrival we had to make numerous trips to the front office to get stuff that was missing in the room. No one will get this to your room, You have to fetch the missing stuff by yourself. We had only dishes for 2, sheets and pillows for 2, no toaster. We were told that the hotel was out of forks and pillows and that we had to wait til monday to address the situation with management. We checked in on a Saturday so we went out and bought a pillow in a store. We were given plastic forks on Sunday. The sofa bed mattress was about an inch thick and of the lowest level of comfort imaginable. We also had a barking dog for a neighbor... The carpets, walls and doors in the corridors were stained and in poor condition but on a positive note, the cleanliness of the room was acceptable. Continental breakfast is a joke... muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal in a coffee cup. Would I stay there again or recommend to a friend,,,? It's a big NO for me!

Odeur de tabac pendant une semaine dans la chambre ( on a prévenu deux fois pas de changement rien) sans compter les insectes dans la chambre la moquette sale la cuisine aussi (nourriture dans les placards et micro onde) . Dommage car l’hôtel pourrais vraiment bien ! A revoir

Hole in the wall in my room. Was listed as non-smoking room, stunk of weed inside and around the room and building. AC in the room did not work. Water preasure and temperature inconsistent in the shower. The staff was exceptional.

What i didnt like were, people walking around all night long and many people have been living there full time for years. No regular coffee creamer only sweetened and french vanilla
