Nice place, perfect location on the boardwalk. Second stay there, will return again.

We found the room on random chance and got it for half price. Nice place, but would not pay full price for the room as it’s crazy expensive

Check in process was too long. We checked in early, that was such a long process. I guess it was considered pre check-said will text when when room was ready, about 4:25 we recd text. Then had to stand in the line again to get room#, and keys..that took at least 30 mins. Should be a separate line for ones thats pre check.

The property was very nice. We had a great room overlooking the beach. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. The safety precautions of having to have a room key to get on the elevator and to access the ice or vending machines did make us wonder about crime in the area. Parking is not at the building, I guess they dont valet.
My major reason for not giving them a 5 star review is the staff. No one attempts to help you. The front desk lady insisted I make a reservation while in front of her instead of just checking me in. She handed me a paper and said this is what you need to park. Another employee was standing outside watching guests getting luggage out, smoking not even offering to assistant anyone.

Not a bad stay
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HotelsRoom / bathroom is clean. We did notice mold around our ac vent in the ceiling.(Noticed that on 3rd night stay).
Adult 21+ pool/whirlpool was clean. Upon leaving we did not see any carts to haul our stuff. When partner said something to front desk, 3 appeared after we were loaded.
